The company is no able to match the production with the demand for Model 3. This gap in demand and supply is causing the dissatisfaction and diversion of the customers towards the other brands.

the electric vehicle market is now getting more players. There are some new competitors such as Nio, BYD Company, which Volkswagen eyeing and in fact have launched their electric cars.

The trade war with China is also causing high tariff from China and it is thus causing the company to not fully focus on the lucrative market of Chin that has huge potential

The company has to find the customer segment to market its Model 3 car

Due to the closure of many stores in the USA, the company is also having the problem of distribution of its cars

The pricing of the car of Tesla is still out of reach of many customers
