It is process of steps such as Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, and Verify to get six sigma quality standards. It is quite beneficial for customized or new product manufacturing as per the demand of the customers. A leader will define the most important objectives to be achieved in terms of quality focused aspects. To measure the level of quality some metrics will be developed. It will depend upon qualititative or quantitative methods. After manufacturing, a team will analyze the quality of products, the product or manufacturing process will be designed as per the need and inspiration of the end users .Their feedback is quite important to the organization. In verify stage, customers responses may be compiled and necessary adjustments will be done if it will be required so.

This DMADV method is important in achieving some great milestone within the industry like radical change in quality focused production, a totally different method of services breakthrough based on technological advancement etc. It clarifies the scope of the product and generates more demand to the industry. For example: If , an organization has launched a product but after 01 years it is getting bad feedback then it is important to adopt this process to rectify the challenges in quality , utility or other related concerns .
