a) From the Provider's perspective, quality is fit to use. Whereas from the patient's perspective, he or she wants Reliable and relevant treatment every time and enough responsiveness from the Providers. In other words, the patient somehow expects all the five service dimensions to be covered,
b) Strengths:
1. It includes everything including primary care, preventive care to all the chronic diseases.
2. The healthcare condition of the US citizens has significantly improved over the past 10 years and the policies have consistently been replicating the improvement in the healthcare conditions.
Weaknesses:
1. The cost of providing health care services is consistently rising
2. The challenges related to quality health care is also increasing.
