Based on the assessment of skills l, it is quite clear that the individual is having leadership along with management abilities which is very much required in today's world of doing business in order to grow and succeed as a professional and continue as a leader in the future as well. Again based on the value assessment it can be made out that the leadership theories that the individual may follow would be the participative theory which will ensure involvement of employees in the decision making process and ensure that they have an equal contribution towards the success of the organization as well. Hence, leadership and entrepreneurship qualities are present which can be used in the future to grow and develop.
