The organising skills will help you to plan, organise and prioritise your tasks efficienctly. You will have a sincere approach towards your tasks, that will enable you to be efficient and accurate, enhancing your credibility with your peers and seniors. You will be a problem solver for the department, and employ your critical skills to resolve the issues you and your team face. As a helper, you will be a credible source of information and help for your peers, who will value your suggestions. This will help you to get along with the people and maintain warm working relationship with them. It will also help your team to gel together and work efficiently. Your persuasion skills will help you to appreciate others' work and get them to agree to your views. This skill will help you in your HR related work. You like the structured environment and fluorish when everything is in order. The unorderly work environment where you need survival skills doesn't fit your type of personality. You need to improve on your imaginative abilities and develop to think out of box. The capability to ideate and innovate also needs to be worked upon. You are not a hands on person who learn by doing.
With your personality type, you are a great people's person, which is an essential requirement of an HR professional. Your will be a credible, trustworthy, helpful, compassionate and sincere employee, with good persuading skills, which a HR person must possess. Your need to work on your innovative abilities and critical thinking skills to be able to solve the HR issues logically and rationally. The hands on ability though more desirable for engineering type of jobs, but are also good to have for a HR person, and you must work on it.
