Homework Answers

Answer #1

Knowledge is the major source in healthcare and it can be from any person right from a junior to the most experienced. Status is not a barrier to gain knowledge. Sometimes a very experienced doctor might not know latest treatment methods which are to be explained to them by their juniors. Likewise freshers gain a lot of knowledge from their seniors. So sharing knowledge is all about mind and it has not barrier of status. Knowledge exchanges in healthcare is very important and it helps in improvising the process and yields effective results.
