After reading and reflecting on Module 3's assigned content, address the following question:

The four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard----financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth----are crafted to achieve a designated strategy, thus fulfilling the vision of the institution. While strategy/vision fulfillment requires concerted action across perspectives, which of the four do you personally find to be most appealing? Please supply justifications for your selection​

The customer perspective

I personally believe that this perspective is the most important because in order to achieve the others, this needs to be fulfilled and only then it can be possible, for example the customers and the market is important and based on the performance of the organization in this context, the financial perspective along with the growth perspective will be fulfilled. Customer satisfaction, market share and brand awareness are part of this perspective and the organization needs to be effective enough as well.
