1. Hi I am John and have joined this team since last week as Human Resource Manager.
2. I have a total experience of 10 years with a management degree.
3. My passion towards people pulled me to this career and has almost worked in all areas of human resource like recruitment, human resource business partnering and shared services team.
4. What I observed is people are the most important asset for an organization success and proactively handling them is one of the key requirements of a good human resource leader.
5. My path in this organization would be to look into people development, leadership quality development, and mentoring and coaching and entire organization development activities.
6. I hope this would definitely bring in a successful and challenging environment for employees to work.
7. You all being the most wanted and talented people in the market, providing good work environment would lead to retention of such quality people which will lead to organization success and my work would be to implement changes to bring in such work environment.
