Customer Buying Behavior:

1.    Differentiation Strategy: The customer demand would increase in the market when the company use on differentiation strategy, as where the customer will always expect their products to be innovative and creative. The customer expects their products to be with high end technology applications, as they would feel the change in lifestyle, buying behavior etc.

2.    Competitors: The customer would change their buying behaviors through competitor brand, because the competitive company would provide the needs of the customers and it is easy for the customers towards changing the brands.

Personal example of purchase decision is explained below:

1.    Decided to purchase a product with high quality and low price, as where the product has to be affordable price.

2.    The product should have high end technology application and it should be useful.

3.    The product should be with more innovative and creativity as always expects the product with differentiation to be used compared to other brands.
