LMX theory is simply the coordinated effort and relationship between leader and employees where it advocates the trust and exchange relationship which will help in better workplace coordination and results.

Pros:
-Employees will stay motivated.
-Output will increase seeing the oppurtunity in the organization.
-Nepotism in terms of promotion will stop hence only deserving candidates will be promoted.

Cons:
-Employees may take leader for granted for certain decisions.
-This theory doesnot talks about values of group dynamics hence might cause an issue for a reader.
