The main factor which determines and influences people to work for non profit organisations is their aims and objectives. The work they do speaks for them and makes others work for them. Inorder to foster the longetivity and effectiveness of the organisation, it should be honest in it's work . It can go for colleges where students can help with their work as students are the people who get most influenced by these works. Creating awareness about the organisation by advertising and campaigning helps in getting funds for the organisation . Participating in various events and fund raisers also helps in getting recognition which helps in getting funds. These will make the organisation run with effectiveness and hence continue for a long time.
