Strategic fit and planning give lots of idea on many things like human resources, headcount, workload and headcount ration, financial planning and other various factors like internal factors of the company and external factors like Political, cultural, social and technological. So having these things strategize a company can able to understand its worth and readiness for gripping any external opportunity.

So the strategies which are made helps in taking future decision for the benefit of the organization and tackle new opportunity by proper utilization of the resources and infrastructure
