These are the three criteria my organization using while purchasing decision –

  1. Quality level- Quality come first in construction industry and my organization is purchasing quality product from the reputed company. Whatever construction automation and equipment purchasing company understanding and analyzing the products quality first.
  2. Cost per unit – My Company is one of the multinational company that is expertise in construction of national highways, government and private department, tunnel, terminals and different multi-facilities government building in such process company need large quantity of equipment and company always looking price of products in units.
  3. Lead time- Supplier lead time always considerable and affecting the business of organization and company sincerely observing the suppliers lead time for delivery of materials.
