Organisation structure provides a proper communication and heirarchy level for an organisation which helps in effective utilisation of resources and funcitioning of organisation. The business behavior has direct relationship with nature of business, culture of business and objective of business which all comes from the organisation structure. This helps in shapening the overall business functions like delgating work, colloborative support, customer focus, employee engagements, leadership focus etc. Organisation structure should have aligned to behavior of business because this helps in achieving the goals and objectives, building strategies based on changing requirement, business reengineering, sustainability development etc.
