Encrypted data communications system is one of the technologies which can  be used by the law implement officials in order to track the criminals. It can help the law enforcement officials to view data exchange by the criminals .For instance a( terrorist X) called to  terrorist to Y or sends a massage, through any communicative device like phone, computer etc. In that case third party means law enforcement officials can be given a legal permission to access the communication of both terrorists. Then encrypt the data and can track the terrorists easily.Encrypted data communications system can also help law enforcement officials in decoding the data which is saved by the criminals in an encoded form.
