After watching the video I scored 3 on 3. All of the approaches used in the specific video directly reflects the ethical understanding of the society as well as the workplace. By having an understanding of proper behavioural structure and also creating a better working environment by implementing ethics in the workplace could be very beneficial for an employee to be more productive and to understand the situation which could be beneficial for the specific employee.
Being fair but self-conscious as well as conscious to the surroundings is also very important for unemployed to be more effective in the workplace.
Definitely age matters as it brings experiences and understanding of ethics and cultures inside the organisation which reflects overall responses of an individual in workplaces.
