Gwen is a very hard worker. She comes to work early and stays late. She must be reminded to take breaks. Her main interest is her job. Sometimes, she seems to be trying to outdo her coworkers. a. How could you react positively to Gwen’s work habits? b. How could you react negatively?

How to react positively- One can take it positively as no person is perfect. Gwen is already a hard worker and is always willing to stay late in the office to complete her work. She thinks of the work first keeping aside her personal interests.

How to react negatively- Though Gwen is hard working, but that is not everything. One should always be willing to take care of his/her physical and mental health besides work. One should also never compete with the Co-workers and should work joining hands with them in every part of work.
