INTRODUCTION-
human resource department is the main part of the company which deals in the well being & developement of the employee for thier better carrer in future.HR department involves the activities like payroll, benefits, hiring, firing, and keeping up to date with laws etc.
Careere management of the employee can be impacted by the HR departement because HR can provide training, internship prograams, job rotation etc so that they can get high level of skills, expertise from different areas of work for thier bright career.
but company's HR department faces many issues while managing the career of the employee-
METHOD-
HR departement can identify above or some more issues but these issues can be removed by following methods which also help in improved career of employees-
RESULT-
the result of above can be seen in followin results-
CONCLUSION-
the identified issues in the HR department with career management can provide the areas which should be focused & managed so that company can help the employees by providing them better career opportunities & well being.
