Identify and discuss the issues Human Resources departments face with career management.

INTRODUCTION-

human resource department is the main part of the company which deals in the well being & developement of the employee for thier better carrer in future.HR department involves the activities like payroll, benefits, hiring, firing, and keeping up to date with laws etc.

Careere management of the employee can be impacted by the HR departement because HR can provide training, internship prograams, job rotation etc so that they can get high level of skills, expertise from different areas of work for thier bright career.

but company's HR department faces many issues while managing the career of the employee-

  • employee retention means if company provide better training to employee but employee seeks for another career then cost is incurred by the HR departement.
  • Compensation & employee benefit polices which should considered because employee first seeks for compensation & benefits associated with career.
  • work culture can be a issue for HR departement in career management if the employee experience any unfair, discrimination then management of career by HR department can be problematic.

METHOD-

HR departement can identify above or some more issues but these issues can be removed by following methods which also help in improved career of employees-

  • method of performance appraisal in which company evaluate the performance of the employee with standards & try to remove thier weaknesses.
  • provide training & other learning tools so that thier skils & knowledge can grow & thier career can be bright in any area.
  • good & ethical work culture can remove most of the issues of the HR department as good ethical & work cuture helps in integrating honesty, fair treatment, non-discrimination etc to retain the employee in the company for long period of time & create the career in the company.

RESULT-

the result of above can be seen in followin results-

  • better career opportunities to employee.
  • better HR practices in the company to enhance the career of the employee.
  • salary,compensation & benefits to employee as per thise performance & efficiency.
  • high employee retention rate with skilled employees.

CONCLUSION-

the identified issues in the HR department with career management can provide the areas which should be focused & managed so that company can help the employees by providing them better career opportunities & well being.
