Benefits of adopting night deliveries

a. Night deliveries will help in serving people who are not able to roam around in the market.

b. Since most of the shops are closed at night, night deliveries can be fruitful in times of emergency.

c. Faster turn around time can be expected for each delivery as there would be lesser traffic on the road and thus will result in more deliveries than compared to what is done at day.

Disadvantages with night deliveries

a. The major disadvantage is the risk of life for people doing the delivery. Normally, night driving is not recommended and has a higher risk when compared to daytime.

b. The risk of payments not getting cleared and issues pertaining to that might come up.

Cyclone should adopt night deliveries as they can see a higher volume of business at night. Since not many competitors can have services at night, it would give Cyclone an added advantage where they can build their market share and also get loyal customers. At night, since most of them don't want to step out, it is often a favourable option to order online and get the deliveries at the doorstep. Moreover, it reduces the risk of accidents happening at the road and is better for the society.
