Teachers might gain attention by putting forth some plans they have once the union is formed to develop the standards of teaching and the availability of eduction at affordable prices to everyone. They need to use words like affordable education, quality teaching, education to all etc., so that people will support them and help them. They need to promise providing the best education by getting all the teachers onto a single platform and increase the literacy rate of the region.
