A. Style of writing holds great importance for success in business and in the workplace because in business and workplace your relationship with others is formal. They do not know you personally. Hence your nature, attitude and personality will be judged based on how you write. Dressing and grooming are important too but not at all times are the person physically present before someone to make an impression with his dressing. Also dressing and grooming is not something that can convince others about the positive traits in you which can build good relations and make a business successful. Impressive writing can be an impact and result in positive and desirable outcomes. In business, while writing to clients and customers or at the workplace while communicating with employees and seniors, it is very essential to use the write well and leave a good impression to make our point hold importance.

The factors to be considered in writing well are:

- make the matter sound professional and not informal. Informal writing gives an impression of a casual attitude and makes the writing less impactful

- The writing should be concise and to the point without making it a detailed complicated story for the reader. Business writings should clearly specify the message to be delivered

- checking the basics and data and not making any errors in the details is essential. Formal writing material is usually written to people unknown to us. Gathering much information about them and also the matter to be covered in the writing is important as errors in this data leaves a bad impression.

- the message should be informative and clear all the doubts and provide all the information required by the reader. Covering all the aspects will make the further process faster and simpler which is an impressive trait in business.

- proofreading is very essential in any formal writing as grammatical and vocabulary errors are not acceptable in good writing material. No matter how impactful the message of the writing is, such errors will make it look weak
