Under Armour company's performance assessment can be seen with following given parameters:

Customer satisfaction:

It is the sum of responses of customer's happiness or positive rating given after purchase. A satisfied customer will refer more people to the company.

Example: At under Armour, customer gets highest class of service experience which provides him a long term relationship with the under armour company.

Productivity:

As compared to NIKE, under armour has higher level of productivity. It utilizes various techniques of modern day production system like SAP, ERP, and Robotics, AI etc. to produce more goods to supply and serve a larger amount of customers.

For example: It has higher demand hence economies of scale can be achieved by it. It should focus on factor of production and hence productivity measures.

Profitability:

When expenses or cost will be reduced then higher profit margin can be possible. It will increase the profitability of the company.

Currently, it is lagging behind the competitors to earn profit in Global operations. This is due to the higher cost of operations.

Example: An increase in market share will boost its profitability.

Competitiveness:

Its core competitors are NIKE, PUMA, ADIDAS, and other manufacturing companies in sport and apparel segments.

Example:

It has launched counter products to cope up with higher level of competition from Nike and others.
