Roger works at a branch office of the DMV. Recently he saw one of the driving examiners take a bribe from an elderly woman. Roger knows the woman. She lives alone and needs to drive her car to get groceries and do other business. He has never seen the examiner take a bribe before. a. What do you think Roger should do? Why?

Roger must stop the examiner from taking bribe and must warn him not to repeat it as it is his first time. The elderly woman needs to be safe and if the license is given to her even if she is not eligible then it might turn dangerous for her while driving as she willhave to drive in heavy traffics. Hence Roger must also explain her the process and help her in getting through the process in a fair way so that she will prove herself eligible for the license. Anything done in illegal way will turn out to be fatal and Roger must prevent it.
