Yes global brands create a fair supply chain system. Supply chain in global brands will be systematic and unbiased. Every department is given equal importance and no employee is shown an kind of discrimination as global brands will have a single culture . They do not show any disparities and will have equal opportunities to everyone across the globe. Even the customers are given equal importance and the business is done in an ethical manner where culture and region are not given highest priority.We can take any company which is global where employees of other cultures work along with the employees of that region and they work quite harmoniously . Hence global brands provide a fair and just supply chain.
