Hospitalist is a person who can take care of inpatients with proper communication and provide them with besttreatment . This approach is very beneficial in providing best treatment and medical facilities to inpatients and returning their health to normal. This approach improves the medical facilities as everything is done with proper communication as the physician themselves will monitor all the work . This type of approach best suits the inpatient care and is a good approach always . But when the physician cannot handle everything themselves and need help fromother doctors they need to consult others and let them do the task and hence in situations like this the approach is not appropriate .
