Various state agencies would take part in regulating the transport, processing, cultivation, testing, administering and sale of cannabis and cannabis products in the state. Divisions of cannbis in various state agencies would look after most of the above activities. State departments like police and healthcare would also help the below departments in administration of cannabis rules and regulations.
