Going to college is analogous to working in a matrix environment in that most students take more than one class and must distribute their time across multiple classes. The problem with the current matrix environment in college is to allocate the correct time for each course, shifting your focus from one course to another does not result in the greatest use of time or efficiency. You are determining where you left off repeatedly. I think focusing on one course in a separate time will make things less complicated if three courses are held in six weeks, then one in two weeks can be Understandably. Allocating your time is difficult but achievable.


Conclusion

In conclusion, choosing the right project management structure supports the success of the project and decides what level of authority and influence the project manager has on the project. Organizational culture can also influence the type of structure and influence required by the project manager.
