I have to do a 6-page essay on leadership. I have looked up some material in reference to leadership, however, I still don't have but 1 and a half page. Is it possible I could get assistance with this? I need all the information on leadership I can get. Is there any websites I can research. I need information on the most effective leadership, what research states about leadership, I have a little on transactional and transformational leadership and currently trying to find laissez-faire information. I hope someone can help. assignment due Saturday. Thanks to whoever assists me with this matter.

Leadership is an ability to inspire a larger mass with great intention, styles, motivation aspects and persuasion skills of an individual. It will have many infleunce on the performnace of the followers, people, citizens, or employees. It might be seen with some different perspectives like business leaders, scientific leaders, political leaders, community leaders, sports leaders, social media leaders, spiritual leaders, academic and other field leaders. A leader will have to take actions as per his area of expertise. Organizational leaders like CEO, MD, and VPs are having expertise, commitment and inspirations to employees. Seeing leadership beyond the theoretical perspective is important. It doesn’t require any old rule of thumbs. People changes and their styles of leadership might change too.

We can see another perspective of leadership like in situational leadership; it is believed that leader adopts different styles to meet the situations. According Blanchard four types of leadership styles in telling styles means a leader helps his subordinates with support, guidance and information. In selling style the leader demonstrates high supportive behaviour. In participating style leader helps a lot his supporter than directing them for any self completion of the work. Delegating styles show the low directive behaviour and low supportive behaviour and ask others to fulfil the task requirements. The basic assumptions behind this leadership style are to plot a different set of skills to cope up with the challenging situations.

For example : Apple Ex CEO and leader Mr. Steve Job was showing different attitude and a great leadership styles with its founding corporation Apple Inc. Ratan TATA is a great leader , Who is still participating after his superannuation from the board.

In community leadership styles, we can see a common pattern that people try to fight against some social challenges like low education, no peace, forced labor, terrorism, crime, poor quality of life, corruption etc. For example: Kailas Satyarthi from India, Melinda Gates etc. are leading to support the social services across the globe.

How important is the leadership in national health service ( Adi Gaskell, Forbes , April , 2018) , It was found that the CEOs of large public hospitals do not bring any substantial changes in hospital performance. It was a contradictory finding against the previous findings that there is a positive relation between Role of organizational leadership and organizational performance.

One can see leadership influence under the following points: ( Please elaborate these headings as per your own understandings)

A leader not only emotionally led the venture but also supports many others to become a true leader.
