Explain why there are differences in the kinds of support supervisors, coworkers, friends, and family members can provide. Describe those types of support, give examples of each, and explain why differences exist in the kinds of support each of the people mentioned above can provide.

The kind of support we get from different people is always differ as the relationship , position in life, power of authority all become different , as the people differ.

Supervisor- Supervisor always give support regarding career path , working and motivation toward work. As, we have a working relation with them . They hardly advise regarding personal thing. They are also senior to us , so they maintain mentor like relationship with us.

Co-workers- Co-workers do have a peer relationship. They support us in work and hardship of working life. Some time they help in the prospect of personal life. The support are more like friends but it maintain a boundary of professionalism.

Friends- Friends give all type of support , their support do not have boundary. It go beyond work and personal. They support us in every issue of life. Their support are in personal level and don’t have boundary which sometime become unidirectional.

Family- Family always give support keeping in mind safety and security of me. Family support is also unbiased and beneficiary to us. But, sometime family support become defensive and it make us hesitant towards taking any difficult discussion.
