State based tort law is the law that enables people to seek compensation for wrongs committed against them. various types of torts law like intentional torts, negligent tort and strict liability tort. examples are---------when someone actions causes some type of harm to another , wheather it is physical harm or harm to someone property and reputation, the harm or injured person may seek damage through the court.
