1. Physical exhaustion because of which I am unable to take up any new activity after work and I do not have the minimum energy left to think about ideas or at least hangout and chat with friends regarding the same.
2. Mental Exhaustion, as this has made me very much impatient and anxious about small things and I generally get angry and lose my temper in the process as well which is very much unlikely me.
3. I have lost interest in the things which are my favorite ways to spend my time like reading, gaming, listening to music instead whenever there is some time that I get, I prefer to sleep.
