There are fewer chances of committing mistakes as the team has its own check and balances that can save a lot of resources of the organization

Any task is performed more precisely and accurately as team members complement each other

Cooperation and mutual assistance of the team members results in improved organizational culture

Better performance of the team than the individual performance

Working in team facilitates sharing fo responsibility and thus greater satisfaction and less turnover of the manpower
