2. Not only does an increase in the younger workforce increase productivity but it also brings in the increased use of technology that would help for the overall development of the nation.

3. An increase in diversity would result in a skilled and talented workforce from various nations, races, genders, and cultures working together creating a more productive environment.

4. Individuals can learn to compete against one another thus developing self and improving the economy.
