Instructions Your boss has asked you to represent the organization in regards to participating on an industry research panel on quality measures. There is an expectation that all participants submit any required work before the initial meeting. Your job is to create an APA reference list that contains ten total research articles. The requirement is that five of the articles are focused on quality management, and the other five are centered on quality measures. Along with the reference list, please submit a paragraph describing the process you used for selecting the articles, and what criteria you used in the search process in order to prepare for the industry research panel.

In operational design , three quality measures can be described as:

1) Customer centered approach:

It should be assess that the designed facility, products, services and project are useful to the intended customers or not.

2) It must support to low time production and cost saving:

Companies should develop such specialized tools which reduces the time involved in the operational process. It will also include less equipment, materials, and people involved so that to reduce the cost structure.

3) Its specifications must be comparably strong than immediate competitors:

Any operational design can be said as top class if it has some strength and specialty greater than the immediate competitors. For example: Apple has strong quality control mechanism in its products offerings . In terms of inputs to be used , highest class of quality should be used.
