Answer #1

The primary objective of a business organization is to do business and generate revenue based on which the organization will be eligible for profits and I believe that organizations who possess friendly and more family oriented environment has a better and higher chance of success because if an organization is providing a home and family like environment where employees can be themselves then there is no doubt regarding the positive impact that it would have on the organization. I personally believe that such organizations will help promote an environment where the satisfaction index of employees will be high and based on that the performance and efficinecy of the employees will also be high as well.
