Physicians are more patient focused because they need to treat the patients and deal with their problem with much care and patience. In healthcare the employees need to have a single goal which is providing effective treatment for their patients . They can be given this as a goal and made to work in groups so that they come together and discuss what needs to be done and improvise the process so thatthe treatment will be more effective and faster. Hence doctors must be shown effective treatment of patients as their goal so that they come together and work as a team.
