Is marketing just as important in the sale of mature products long on the market as it is for technologically innovative products recently introduced?
No, I don't think that Marketing is just as important in the sale of mature products long on the market as it is for technologically innovative products recently introduced. The reason being is that marketing is much more important for recently introduced technologically innovative products because such products need to be marketed as many people could be unaware of those products. Whereas mature products which have been in the market since long must be known products among the consumers, so they require little marketing.
