Strength

Company is is having Excellency in manufacturing surveillance drones as well as other properties that would be a market advantage. Having internal strength of knowing about the Technologies and consistent development has provided them better availability of opportunities to to capture a big market. Internal strength also includes consistent development of versatility in design in where availability in drones, action capture camera design as well as other factors can increase their adaptability uh in the respective environment to provide adequate level of support to its operation.

Weaknesses

This is specific business segment specially action camera capture design has extensive competition as GoPro is one of the most prominent brands that has became a second name of action cameras. This type of structure would affect the overall level of business done by the organisation in the respective environment and provide let's support to its rigidity in Operation.

External opportunities and threats in their respective industry are as follows

Opportunities to expand in international markets as well as consistently focusing on business operations that are available for better opportunities in the respective environment. Which type of approach to the surveillance as well as security surveillance market would increase the chances of positive influence of the company in the respective manner as the competition level is relatively less. Expanding this is structure to agriculture surveillance as well as other surveillance unit would provide company to successfully capture a big market segment which is consistently dominated by DJI in the current environment.

The biggest threat is the rate of substitution as as this is specific industry is already heavily dominated by other brands, making a distinctive identity could be really tough for Globus. These external threats can affect its business operations at a huge margin and create a negative impact on its overall serviceability over respective environment.

Managers should have to make consistent decisions by aligning the standards of operation an expanding its business to the international level would be the most appropriate decision that managers have to take for the specific organisation.
