The role of workers have changed a lot with the Advent of the automated systems and the workers who were involved in the manual labor needs no more involvement now but they need to transform in order to be effective in such a situation and based in terms capabilities they can be employed in maintaining such a system through development, enhancement, monitoring and control and workers need to be assigned such tasks to ensure that the system improves without much challenges and issues. The role of workers have been reduced from the manual process but they still have a huge role to play in Thai context.
