Onmichannel retailers are the one who provides multichannel medium of sales to the consumers and they have option to buy online and also from physical brick and mortar stores as well. In such organizations the primary challenge that they experience is the way by which employees need to be assigned responsibilities and distribution of such tasks are important. In order to keep the employees enabled in the organization they need to cross train employees which is very much challenging for the organization to conduct and help employees progress by keeping them interested and valued in the job they do.
