Subjective thinking can increase the level of focus at one part status and it can provide adequate level of support in decision making for an individual working in any Healthcare setting. This type of approach is very essential to maintain a quality in a decision making inside any organisation.

The type of approach is very essential for any Healthcare professional to implement in Healthcare organisation to successfully create a criteria of understanding different situations and implement better thinking structure in various scenarios to implement better decision making in different Medicare conditions.
