The question is asking you to search up the internet and find articles and research papers on DSS, BI and analytics.

I assume the textbook asks some questions according to those concepts for which you have to look up those articles and published papers to answer.

I'd suggest you to visit google scholar and search each concept for each and every asked question to be answered accordingly.
