Staffing must be done depending on the capacity of the organisation. The organisation must always monitor it's business and the manpower available. We can assess the manpower in two ways. One is by analysing the future plans of the organisation and comparing them with the present situation. The other is analysing the manpower present in the organisationand their performance. By following these methods we can know how much work is being done int he organisation and how well the staff available are managing the work. This will give us how we can make the situation better by increasing or decreasing the staff. Based on this we can predict the future targets and the staff that might be required and according to that we can estimate the staffing needs and ensure that the organisation is properly staffed.
