Greenspan is correlating the ethical conduct with the success of the business as well as a mean to deliver value to the consumers. Further, it is the ethical approach that builds a balance among the different interests of the stakeholders. It is already exemplified by the organizations like Starbuks and Apple that busienss ethics can lead a business to more success and loyalty. Hence, Greenspan is realistic regarding the possibility of the business ethics.

Here, Greenspan views business ethics as an approach that is used by the orgnization to conduct the operations. So, it is more realistic in nature, becuase it also serves the purpose of motivating and driving the resources at disposal,
