It is very important component which brings competitive environment in Health care system organization by creating Pay for performance Model, It gives the model for quality measure and performance focused system within the company, It is considered as more Crucial, Matured and Justified approach for the compensation payment to the employee, It also drives talent utilization and employee engagement, However very few organization can implement this system because it needs extensive care during implementation and even it may have lot of negative consequences because of poor implementation,
