Urbanization is always generating alot more opportunities and innovation in human life and cultura. Change in business environment always affecting the practice of management because change in political, legal , technological , social and economic conditions forcing or provoking to management to think differently and manage the situation so that growth will be stay ahead and business enjoy the available opportunities. Management tactics and practices are affecting by the change in government regulations , policies ,procedures and process , new CRM , ERP and other technology affecting the management to adapt these technology for business growth. Change in customer preference, mindset and taste are provoking management to take the decisions for better offering to customers.
