Financial Management is an important activity at individual or at organizational level. It is the process of planning, organizing, controlling and monitoring financial resources with an aim to achieve certain aims and objectives.

I was once given a role of finance manager in a firm to manage the funds for a startup and the experience was tough as to arrange and manage the funds, both were the difficult tasks for me.We arranged the capital from the market but proper utilization of it was not clear to us. Then how much to release and how much to control against the market risks were also a tough task to manage. So overall we decided to make mutual decision on financial things along with all board of directors in order to proper mobilize the funds and manage finance
