China - A lot of bureaucracy involved, data center has to be in China, legal matters lacked consistency

Saudi Arabia - Saudi General Investment Authority will give clearances, Sensitivity to branding and marketing as society is a little conservative.

Germany - Bureaucracy is involved at every step making setting up an office a lengthy process.

Turkey - Need to execute and notarised the articles of association, deposit a percentage of capital deposited to the account of the Competition Authority before depositing initial capital into a bank, filing the incorporation notice form, having a notary certify the legal books and following up with the tax office regularly
