When dealing with a large audience of people, personality differences can range from being easy to get along with to being very difficult. What tactics can be used in dealing with difficult people? Share what you feel is the most successful tactic you have seen or experienced.

• While addressing large audience it is difficult to make happy all the people as many of them agrees to your view and many of them will not agree to you. So our work here is not to please any people but to put our opinion and point in an effective manner.

Easy going people as we say will understand the thing as it is and their will not be any issue but tough people needs to be addressed in particular.

My strategy for the tough people is to deal with them on the straight topic and put your point across to them. Also be ready to listen to them as well so that they also don’t feel that something is being imposed on them

Most successful strategy is to listen to their point as well, and then putting my own point in front of them, discuss it wisely and positively and then come to a conculsion.
