Virtual meeting means meeting over a web conference or over a conference call or skype. This can be possible with the help of a tool which can connect all the participants. As far as the convenient time zone is concerned where all the participant can join the meeting than that can be done by mutually agreeing on a specific time which is convenient to all the participants.

Culture, customs, and etiquette can be taken care of while obeying the company code of conduct which is very clearly defined in a Multinational organization. Nobody is supposed to speak or choose any word or sentences which may affect the other sentiment, customs, and tradition etc.
